Transparency on our fees

We provide professional services with very reasonable fees and flexible payment terms for all our clients. If our clients are not able to pay our fees in full at the time of instructions, we are always happy to accept instalment payments as agreed with our team.

The SRA Transparency Rules 2018 require us to publish our costs information about the provision of certain services we provide

Our agreed fee covers all work relating to your matter including:

  • Taking initial instructions including providing advice on relevant documents needed for application.
  • Representing clients at tribunal hearings relating to appeals.
  • Preparation of representations to support applications to Home Office.
  • Sending the application form, representations and support evidence to the Home Office

Please note that the fees quoted do not include the Home Office fees. It is the client’s responsibility to pay the Home Office/Appeal fees. The Home Office fees do vary depending on the type of the application.

Time Estimate

We are unable to advise on the exact time the whole process will take as it is difficult to estimate how long it will take before the Home Office can reach a decision in your matter. However, we able to give a rough estimate that most straightforward cases can take between 3 to 6 months for the Home Office to provide a decision while complex cases may take between 6 to 24 months for a decision to be reached by the Home Office.
